Refund policy



Overview

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you decide to request a return, the following Return Policy applies.


1. Standard 30-Day Return Explained

A standard 30-day return means:

  • You may return the product without providing a reason

  • The return request must be made within 30 days of delivery

  • All return conditions listed in this policy must be met

  • The return is shipped at the customer’s expense

  • The product must be new, unopened, unused, and in original condition


2. Return Window

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.


3. Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, the item must be returned exactly as it was received.

The product must be:

  • Unopened and unused

  • In its original packaging

  • With all original labels and stickers attached

  • With the protective seal and protective film fully intact (including the protective film on the serum)

Returns will not be accepted if:

  • The product has been opened or used

  • The protective seal or film has been removed or damaged

  • The packaging shows signs of opening or handling


4. Allergic Reactions & Individual Intolerance

Refunds are not provided in cases of allergic reactions, individual intolerance, or hypersensitivity to any ingredients of the product.

Allergic reactions or individual intolerance are personal characteristics of the customer’s body and do not indicate a defect or poor quality of the product.

Before using any cosmetic product, customers are responsible for reviewing the ingredient list. We also recommend performing a patch test prior to full use of the product.


5. Return Shipping & Costs

  • All returns are made at the customer’s expense.

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • To initiate a return, you must first contact us by email at magnera.store@gmail.com.

  • Returns sent without prior contact and approval will not be accepted.


6. Return Shipping Methods

You may send your return using:

  • Parcel lockers / packomats (including DPD, Omniva, or any other provider of your choice), or

  • Courier delivery services.

Important notes:

  • The shipping method is chosen by the customer.

  • All return shipping costs are paid by the customer.

  • Personal drop-offs or in-person returns are not available, as we operate exclusively online.

  • We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping method. We are not responsible for lost returns without tracking.


7. Responsibility for Return Shipment

The customer is responsible for properly packaging the return shipment.

We are not liable for items that are damaged during return transit due to insufficient or improper packaging.


8. Refusal of Delivery

If you refuse delivery of your order without first contacting us by email at magnera.store@gmail.com, the shipment:

  • Is not considered an official return, and

  • Is not eligible for a refund.

Refusing a parcel without initiating a return request is considered a voluntary refusal to receive the order.


9. Price Changes, Discounts & Promotions

  • Returns are accepted only within the standard 30-day return policy.

  • We do not refund price differences if you return an item because a promotion, discount, or sale appeared after your purchase.

  • If you return a product and place a new order at a lower price, the original order is refunded according to standard return rules only, without price adjustment.

  • Prices are fixed at the time the order is placed.


10. Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately at magnera.store@gmail.com and include photos or videos of the issue. We will review the case and provide a solution.


11. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Returns are processed only after the returned item has been received and inspected.

If approved:

  • The refund will be issued to your original payment method

  • Refunds are processed within 10 business days

Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
